You’ve selected the venue, hired the vendors, and planned most of the big picture. You’ve put in the work, and now it’s time to reap the rewards. As your wedding coordinator, I will turn your vision up a notch, flawlessly executing the plans you set in motion.

From board retreats, conferences, and fundraising galas to personal milestone celebrations, your event deserves the full attention of an experienced planner, thoughtful designer, and collaborative partner. As your event planner, I will help you surprise and delight each guest, whether they are donors, employees, customers, or loved ones.

What Happens Next

  • First, you inquire here. We’ll confirm a time to chat, see if we vibe, and then sign a contract and pay a retainer to make our partnership official.

  • Then, I get to work planning the big ideas — working on a moodboard, mocking up a budget, and researching vendors — before aligning all of the little ones. I’ll put the fun in our functional journey together, I pinky-promise.

  • Last, you party! Your wedding weekend will be a joyous experience for you and everyone in attendance because we thoughtfully planned (and I expertly executed) a celebration that prioritizes how your guests feel. Cheers!

You Might Be Wondering

  • Me, myself, and I — Mari Garcia Daniels, owner of Elle Events. I have a team of incredible planning assistants, too, who you will meet (and love), but I will be your main point of contact for planning your wedding.

  • Most of my clients live and are getting married in the greater Washington, D.C. area, including in Maryland and Virginia. While I do accept the occasional destination wedding, my availability for these events is limited. All weddings held outside of the D.C. metro area will incur additional travel and accommodation fees. The best way to learn my availability for your specific event is to reach out.

  • Yes! You’ll pay 50% of your invoice at contract signing, 25% two months before the big day, and the remainder two weeks before the big day. I accept debit and credit cards, ACH transfers, and personal checks.
